69. Opposition

Expect opposition! There is opposition in all things, and that is where we will actually grow and progress the most. We may face opposition from outside forces or our own primitive brain that is trying to seek comfort and pleasure, avoid pain, and conserve energy. Life is 50/50. It's not meant to be easy. The purpose is for our own growth and progression. Take a rest when you need it, but don't give up! It's not how many times you fall down, it's how many times you get back up and keep going! That's what heroes and leaders are made of!
